Jiaqi Sun

Ms. Jiaqi began studying piano at the age of six and is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy in Music Theory, with a related field in Piano Pedagogy, at the University of North Texas. As a teaching fellow at UNT, she also instructs aural skills and music theory courses at the undergraduate level.

A passionate and dedicated music instructor, Ms. Jiaqi has 10 years of experience teaching piano, music theory, aural skills, and music appreciation. She is known for her excellent communication skills and for fostering a fun, relaxed learning environment.

Her students range from preschoolers to adults and have achieved outstanding results in competitions and distinguished grades in the ABRSM and RCM piano and music theory exams.
